Electronics manufacturer Bhagwati Products Limited said on Tuesday that it has crossed the ₹17,000 crore revenue milestone. The company called it an important achievement in its growth journey. It said the growth came from its expanding manufacturing operations, strong presence in the smartphone sector, and growing role across the electronics value chain.
Focus on Deep-Tech and Semiconductor Opportunities
The company said it is exploring investment opportunities in deep-tech and semiconductor-related areas. Through these efforts, it aims to increase domestic value addition and build stronger capabilities across different parts of the electronics industry.
Huaqin Partnership Supports Growth
Bhagwati Products said its partnership with Huaqin has played a key role in its growth. Through a 51:49 joint venture with the global ODM company, Bhagwati has improved its product development, engineering, and manufacturing strengths. The partnership has also helped the company expand its operations and support global brands more effectively.

Revenue Sees Sharp Rise
According to the company, revenue increased nearly ten times in the last two years. It rose from around ₹620 crore in FY24 to about ₹6,200 crore in FY25. The company said this growth highlights the speed at which it has expanded its business.
Smartphone Business Remains Key Driver
Smartphones continue to contribute the largest share of the company’s revenue. Bhagwati Products can manufacture up to 40 million smartphones every year. It works with major global brands such as Vivo, Oppo, and Lenovo.
Expanding Beyond Smartphones
The company is also growing its presence in other consumer electronics categories. It has expanded into products such as tablets and true wireless stereo (TWS) devices. Through this move, it aims to strengthen its position in fast-growing electronics segments.
Building a Design-Led Electronics Platform
Rahul Sharma, Co-Founder of Bhagwati Products Limited, said the company wants to build India’s leading electronics design platform. He said India’s opportunity goes beyond large-scale manufacturing. According to him, the country must also strengthen capabilities in design, engineering, components, and advanced manufacturing.
Sharma added that the company is steadily building strengths in these areas. He said Bhagwati Products is creating an integrated electronics platform that supports current growth and future technology opportunities. He also said the company wants to combine design-led innovation with global technology expertise. Through this approach, it hopes to help global brands grow while strengthening India’s position in the global electronics value chain.
