Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath targeted opposition parties during a public gathering in Ayodhya. He said that anti-national forces lose their peace whenever India progresses. He also said that conspirators always try to stop the country’s development.
The Chief Minister strongly defended the dignity of Ayodhya Dham. He accused certain groups of running a planned conspiracy to malign the holy city. He also addressed the ongoing row over Ram Mandir donations.
The state government recently formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe these allegations. CM Yogi assured the public that the truth will come out soon. He asked people to keep patience and avoid spreading rumours until the SIT completes its report.
The Chief Minister criticised the double standards of his political rivals. He said that people who once questioned the existence of Lord Ram are now pretending to be true devotees. He reminded the audience that previous governments ordered attacks on Ram devotees in the past. According to him, these politicians only remember God when they face a political crisis.
Yogi Adityanath also highlighted the massive change in the region. He said that previous rulers failed to provide even basic facilities like electricity to Ayodhya. These same people cannot tolerate the modern growth and global recognition of the city today. He added that the central and state governments are working together to make Ayodhya a world-class centre of heritage and growth.
CM Yogi Attack on Samajwadi Party
In his final remarks, the CM launched a direct attack on Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav. He claimed that the opposition leader stopped his own party MLAs from visiting the Ram Temple. He stated that these leaders do not hold devotion toward Lord Ram. Instead, he remarked that they follow the legacy and mindset of the Mughal emperor Babur.
