Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that the state government is fully committed to resolving public grievances. According to him, the trust of the people is the biggest strength of good governance, and it is the duty of the administration to ensure timely justice and relief to every affected citizen. He directed officials to handle public complaints with sensitivity and urgency.
On Saturday( November 1), due to adverse weather conditions, the Janata Darshan program was held at the Mahant Digvijaynath Memorial Hall in the Gorakhnath Temple complex. CM Yogi listened to the concerns of nearly 200 people. Moving among the attendees, Yogi personally interacted with women, senior citizens, and differently-abled individuals to understand their issues in detail. He instructed the concerned departmental officers to ensure quick, transparent, and satisfactory resolution of each petition.
He emphasised that “no injustice will be tolerated. Every eligible person will receive the full benefits of government schemes.” The Chief Minister also warned officials to take strict action against land grabbers and criminals.
Ensuring Medical Support and Responsive Governance
Many attendees sought financial assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses. Yogi assured them that “no one’s treatment will stop due to lack of funds.” He asked officials to promptly prepare estimates for advanced medical treatment and send them to the government so that necessary funds can be released immediately.
The Janata Darshan once again showcased sensitive governance through direct interaction between CM and the public. He personally called officials on the spot in several cases and issued instructions. Complaints related to women’s safety, elderly assistance, land disputes, and housing schemes were given special priority.
CM Yogi noted that Janata Darshan serves as a bridge between the government and the people, strengthening accountability and transparency. “Our aim is to ensure justice for every citizen, so no victim has to struggle for their rights,” he added.
