A major job fraud has come to light in Uttar Pradesh. Arpit Singh, son of Anil Kumar Singh from the Shahganj area of Agra, was working in government jobs in different districts using different Aadhaar numbers. Let’s learn about this strange and shocking fraud.
Government Jobs in Six Districts
Arpit Singh from Shahganj, Agra, cleverly worked in government jobs for many years. He secured jobs in six different districts by presenting different Aadhaar numbers. Police from Balrampur, Farrukhabad, Rampur, Banda, Amroha, and Shamli have filed cases against him and started investigations.
Different Aadhaar Numbers
The most shocking detail is that Arpit Singh used the same name, father’s name, and address everywhere but showed different Aadhaar numbers in each district. This irregularity exposed his fraudulent scheme.
In Amroha, Arpit gave Aadhaar number 339807337433 while claiming to be from Nagla Khubani, Kurawali, Mainpuri. But in Shamli, he was identified as a resident of Agra, and his Aadhaar number was declared invalid.
Multiple Aadhaar Numbers in Different Districts
He used Aadhaar number 525449162718 in Balrampur, 500807799459 in Farrukhabad, 8970277715487 in Rampur, and 496822158342 in Banda. Though the name and father’s name were the same in all places, different Aadhaar cards helped him deceive and get multiple jobs.
Father’s Statement and Investigation Expansion
Arpit Singh’s father, Anil Kumar Singh, said he was unaware of his son’s fraud. His son’s first job was in 2016 in Hathras district. Now police in all six districts are investigating his network and how he managed this scheme.
Weaknesses in Government Recruitment Revealed
This case spotlights serious flaws in government recruitment and identity verification processes. It raises questions about how one person could work in six districts using different Aadhaar cards for so many years without anyone noticing.
Uttar Pradesh police are rigorously investigating the case to prevent such fraud in the future.
