After the recent violence in Bareilly, Maulana Tauqeer Raza has been imprisoned. Along with him, more than 100 of his supporters have also been arrested. Meanwhile, Maulana’s daughter-in-law, Nida Khan, released a video that made serious allegations against him. In the video, she attacks Maulana verbally and warns that if anything happens to her or her family, Maulana Tauqeer Raza and his followers will be responsible.
Who is Nida Khan?
Nida Khan was married into the Dargah Ala Hazrat family about ten years ago. However, after some time, disputes began between her and her husband, which eventually led to a divorce. The case is still pending in court. After the Bareilly violence on September 26, Nida Khan has now spoken out against her former family, accusing Maulana Tauqeer Raza of being a “mafia” and holding him responsible for misleading people.
Nida Khan Alleges Threats and Intimidation
In her video, Nida Khan claims that she has been receiving constant threats from people connected to Maulana Tauqeer. She says she gets phone calls from foreign numbers and threatening messages on social media. According to her, she is being followed whenever she leaves her house and feels unsafe. Nida clearly stated that if anything happens to her or her family, Maulana Tauqeer Raza and his men should be held accountable.
Calling Maulana a Mafia
Nida said that her marriage took place in the Dargah Ala Hazrat family, but disputes started soon after. The legal case between them is still ongoing. She revealed that over the past ten years, she has faced many hardships, including a physical attack. Now, after the Bareilly violence, she believes she is being targeted again.
Nida alleged that Maulana Tauqeer is now facing the consequences of his own actions. According to her, he has brainwashed many Muslims, causing them trouble and pushing them into conflicts. She called Maulana a “mafia” and compared his followers to “Taliban-like people,” claiming that his supporters were directly involved in the recent riots.
Revelation About a Pakistani Wife
Nida Khan also made another claim—that Maulana Tauqeer once had a Pakistani wife. She said that he divorced her through triple talaq and later married another woman. Nida demanded that all these matters be properly investigated.
