The Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) has prepared an ambitious plan to transform the city’s landscape. As mentioned earlier, PDA is planning to develop an Aero City in Prayagraj. In this context, we are now sharing where this new city will be built and how large the project will be. Notably, the biggest attraction of the Aero City is that homes, markets, schools, and hospitals will all be located in one place.
So, where will the Aero City come up?
According to available information, the Aero City will be developed near Airport Road in Jhhalwa. Moreover, the project will cover around 90 acres of land, making it a large-scale development. Importantly, this city will be completely self-sufficient. As a result, residents will not need to go elsewhere for daily necessities. Therefore, PDA aims to shape it as a modern urban hub that offers a well-planned and comfortable living environment.

Affordable homes for all, priced under ₹20 lakh
Most importantly, affordability stands out as the key feature of this Aero City. According to the PDA’s plan, residential plots and flats will be offered to common citizens at prices expected to be below ₹20 lakh. In addition to housing, the township will include large malls, hotels, schools, hospitals, and essential commercial zones. Meanwhile, PDA itself will oversee both the development of the city and the management of its facilities, ensuring smooth and organised living for residents.
