The construction of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple is now nearing completion. On November 25, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat will hoist a flag atop the temple’s crown (shikhar) to announce to the world that they have completed the construction of the temple.
It was PM Modi who performed the Bhoomi Pujan (groundbreaking ceremony) for the temple and later conducted the Pran Pratishtha(consecration ceremony) of the idol of Ram Lalla. Now, with the construction nearly complete, he will also hoist the flag atop the temple’s crown.
The grand Ram Temple is being built in the Nagar style of architecture.
This divine abode of Ram Lalla is not just a symbol of faith, but a magnificent confluence of Indian craftsmanship, architectural brilliance, and cultural heritage. The beautifully carved artwork on the walls and pillars of the temple has now become a major attraction. Renowned sculptor from Gujarat, Chandrakant Bhai Sompura, and his team have intricately carved every pillar, column, and wall, bringing the structure to life through their artistry.
Recently, the Ram Temple Trust released enchanting images of the Ram Darbar located on the first floor of the temple.

In these pictures, the carvings on the walls depict divine forms of Lord Shri Ram, Goddess Sita, Lakshman, and devotee Hanuman. Sharing the images, the Trust wrote: “Mesmerising glimpses of the first floor of Ram Janmabhoomi.” These visuals have once again brought to life the grandeur of Ayodhya and the glory of Indian art and architecture. As the construction nears its final stages, excitement and devotion among Ram devotees across the country and the world continue to grow.
